I made this cake for my friends 40th Birthday with a black and white theme.

ICE CREAM CUPCAKES

I decided to try a new recipe today with a twist.  These are ice cream cupcakes.

Would be excellent for a summer party when we get some nice weather:)

ANOTHER CHOCOLATE CAKE YUM!

Today I made another chocolate birthday cake.   Need to make sure it gets out of the house before the kids see it :):).  Thanks for looking.

MALTESER CAKE

I thought I would have a go today at a Malteser chocolate cake.  My kids love this cake, however looking back at it I am going to change the wire to brown or alternatively I might add some white maltesers - not sure yet xx

NEW BLOG NEW PASSION

It all started a couple of months ago when I needed a birthday cake for my daughter. I thought it cannot be that hard can it to make a doggys picnic cake?? Well a few months later and I have found my new passion. After much researching on the Internet and subscribing to an online cake school I am pleased to say I have created the following..I know I still have a lot to learn but the kids are enjoying all the practice cakes I make xx
